Starting at 11:11 CET (10:11 UTC), extensive polling of system resources by customers led to delays and timeouts in the processing of some requests. The overwhelming majority of requests remained unaffected. The team identified the issue and took steps to rectify it, restoring performance by 12:18 CET (11:18 UTC).
