The incident has been resolved and the TEST environment has returned to regular functioning.
Affected TEST TSSs might be broken and can no longer be used for testing. Please create a new TEST TSS.

LIVE resources remain unaffected.

Investigating

Since 14:14 CEST (12:14 UTC), we are seeing an elevated rate of 500 errors for signing requests on TEST TSSs.
The cause has been identified and our team is working on restoring normal service. We will provide updates shortly.

This issue only affects the TEST environment. The LIVE environment and live signing operations are not affected.
