We are seeing an elevated rate of HTTP 500 errors for signing requests on TEST TSSs.
Creating new TEST TSSs is affected, and updates to existing TEST TSSs may fail as well.
Our team is working on a fix.

This issue affects only the TEST environment. The LIVE environment and live signing operations are not affected.
