On 05.03.2026, between 07:45 CET (06:45 UTC) and 08:00 CET (07:00 UTC), the TLS certificate for *.fiskaly.com will be updated.
This update is a routine process and should not cause any disruptions or issues for your fiskaly services.
The intermediate certificate in the chain will change this time, but because of no changes in the root certificate, no additional action should be needed.
The following article lists all root certificates that must be added in case of a manual update:
Date and Time: The TLS certificate update is scheduled for 05.03.2026, between 07:45 CET (06:45 UTC) and 08:00 CET (07:00 UTC).
No Action Required: For the majority of systems using fiskaly services, no action is required in response to this update. Your TLS certificate will automatically renew and update itself without any intervention on your part.
Minor Service Disruption: We have taken measures to ensure that your fiskaly services will continue to function seamlessly. However, short service disruptions during or after the update may occur.
Verification: After the update, we recommend verifying the TLS certificate configuration for your fiskaly services to ensure that everything is in order. If you require assistance with this, we are happy to assist you.

Suggested actions during the AdE maintenance window to ensure that no sale goes undocumented:
1. Print a temporary receipt if explicitly requested by the customer, including basic information (transaction value, VAT amount, timestamp).
2. Keep an offline log of all transactions ("emergency register") and make it available to merchants. Although all transactions are logged by fiskaly, having this local record is essential in case of fiscal inspections.
3. Records created during the maintenance window will return a 200 response with "state": "FAILED" and "mode": "FINISHED", and logs will contain the following message: "Unable to transmit record, see: https://status.fiskaly.com/incidents/p65mpqrrlvmg"
All failed transactions should be retransmitted once service is restored. Please avoid peak traffic during recovery and limit transmission rates to 50 transactions per minute per VAT number.

The Italian Revenue Agency has announced maintenance, during which access to its "Fatture e Corrispettivi" web portal will be suspended from Saturday, 06.12.2025 at 14:00 CET until Monday, 08.12.2025 at 15:30 CET.
As a result, the fiskaly SIGN IT service is expected to be unavailable throughout this period.
